Talent
Access: Camera Trainee Scheme
Our year-long scheme is designed to equip aspiring Camera Trainees with the skills, knowledge, and connections essential for thriving in the Film & TV industry, while also supporting emerging talent looking to break into the Camera Department.
What’s in it for them?
The Access: Camera Trainee Scheme provides hands-on training in essential camera department skills, including equipment prep and behind-the-scenes logistics.
Trainees will gain valuable on-set experience by shadowing industry professionals and working closely with crew members to understand the workflow of film and television production.
This program, in partnership with Digital Orchard, offers a unique opportunity to develop technical expertise and build confidence in a real-world environment.
Throughout the scheme, trainees will receive ongoing representation and support, ensuring they are actively marketed across the Orchard Crew network.
They will have access to key industry connections and be considered for potential work opportunities across various production scales.
This initiative is designed to help emerging talent take meaningful steps toward a successful career in the camera department.
